January saw our first research meetings, starting to experiment within the team using various technology we have to hand in order to teach each other new skills.
The lessons of Covid have made this a very timely project, but also of course make working in care settings difficult. We have had to be ‘agile’ rethinking ways to engage remotely with overstretched staff in care homes.
