Conference Registration fees in all categories include the following:
- Full registration for 3 days, 20-22 September 2023 (as well as for Tuesday 19 September if registered for workshops and/or Doctoral Consortium)
- Lunch and refreshments throughout the conference.
- Welcome Reception at Norton House Hotel (Wednesday, 20th September)
- Conference Dinner at Worm’s Head Restaurant in Rhossili (Thursday, 21st September) – preceeded by a walk along Rhossili (See Local Information page)
- Conference proceedings in ACM Digital Library.
Registration for workshops will cost 60 GBP for those that register for the main conference, and 90 GBP for those that only attend the workshop.

We are delighted to announce that accepted Doctoral Consortium (DC) students get free registration to the conference (supported by EACE).
*Please note: Registration fees after July 16th will increase by 50 GBP in each category.
